General Questions

The EASA is the European Union Aviation Safety Agency and charged to standardize aviation rules all across the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. National Aviation Agencies are charged with officially recognizing testing institutions on their territory.

Since January 2021 we are certified as DE.PStF.003 by the LBA, the German national aviation authority. Therefore we have the official authorization to issue the Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency (A2). This link will take you to the Luftfahrt Bundesamt: DE.PStF.003

Until the end of 2020 we were an approved body by the LBA according to §21d LuftVO.

Below you will find a photo of the certificate DE.AST.035 certified by the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt.

Since 31.12.2020.

The foundation for the EU drone regulations was laid in years of work, among other things, in coordination between the various countries and by the JARSUS (Joint Authorities for Rulemaking on Unmanned Systems).

On 11.06.2019, these regulations were published by the EU Commission, which came into force on 31.12.2020. Due to the situation of the time , the date for the application implementing the regulation was postponed by 6 months (originally planned for 01.07.2020).

Since 31.12.2020 the new European drone regulation is in force. If you have an inventory drone over 500g and want to fly closer than 150 meters to residential, commercial, industrial or recreational areas, you will need the A2 Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency.

The Remote Pilot Certificate A2 remains no matter which type of training you choose the same. Both courses cover the same topics and build on the same script. However, each option has its certain advantages!

Do you like to learn at your own pace and prefer to choose the examination date yourself? Then the online course is the right choice. Click here for the online course.

Important conditions you have to meet before purchasing the A2 Remote Pilot Certificate:

1. Registration at the National Aviation Agency

Register as a drone operator at the National Aviation Agency (NAA) of your country in the EU. If you currently reside in a non-EU country, you must register at the NAA of the country you intend to fly your drone.

2. Complete the proof of competence exam A1/A3 in advance

Pass the examination for the A1/A3 certificate for drones above 250g. Just like the registration, the examination for the A1/A3 certificate has to be taken at the National Aviation Agency (NAA) of your country or the country you intend to fly in for non-EU residents. Most NAAs in the EU provide online examinations on their sites or in combination with other providers.

We started as a pilot platform in 2016 and make image films for companies like Audi, Siemens or Rolls Royce as our main business and are also active in the tourism sector (Brenners Park Hotel, Hotel Deimann, Tourismus Marketing Niedersachsen, Bali, Kotor, Maldives).

We worked a lot with authorities and organizations with security tasks in the past. We have not only equipped countless fire departments with drones, but also trained them.

In the last two years we have been programmin vour own flight apps to facilitate the flying experiences. You can download our two iOS Apps and get a complete new experience: One Click Drone App and Your Flight App
